Do Body Frequencies Determine How You Feel?

The subject of body frequencies is little known or understood by most people. But given an understanding of it, you will find it most fascinating. Living in a world of frequencies and vibration – or energy – we are part of the whole system. Every cell of our body vibrates, everything has its optimal frequency. Optimal frequency is when all is in order, when we are in balance, our vibration is in unison with the law of vibration, when we are in tune and each cell of our body vibrates at the frequency it was designed to.

Our thoughts are vibrations too

Thoughts are vibrations too, we can change our perception by changing our frequency. They can change our personal world. How difficult is it to live with depression, headaches or chronic fatigue? When we look at these conditions, from an energy point of view, we can rebalance our body frequencies and feel good. The state of “balance” is achieved when we are synchronized with the frequencies of our natural health state.

A healthy cell has a certain frequency; a healthy psyche is at the right frequency. Our health can be greatly affected by high or low frequencies within the body. We can affect change by addressing different frequencies, and in doing so prevent, treat, or cure diseases.

Frequency Range

The body frequency in a healthy person is higher than in someone who is not. Scientists have discovered that each illness has a different frequency which is always within a definite range. Therefore, in administering frequency treatment, unhealthy and diseased cells regain complete vital force by reacting to very precise levels of frequencies while healthy cells in that same area are not affected. Laughter raises our body frequencies. Happy people have higher body frequencies, and for this reason are less prone to disease. The food we eat also affects our body frequency.

Healthy Frequencies in the Human Body

There are many ways to change our body frequencies and lift them to a healthy level:

  •  Eat better food. Eat more life promoting foods such as fruits and vegetables. Try adding nutrients to your diet.
  •  Detox your body and consume less or none of the harmful food we are so addicted to. Stay away or reduce the consumption of animal products and other harmful, depressant substances.
  •  Balance your body meridians and chakra centers. Use acupressure, meditation, and other energy healing methods such as an infrared sauna.
  •  Exercise will also raise your body frequency. Make sure to stay active!
