Meditation can be confusing and even scary for some. It was for Michael Malherek, as he was frustrated all the time. He decided to study different types of meditation practices to see if he could get some answers and figure it out. In doing that, he realized he could share a simple, gentle approach to meditation.
Michael has created this class to show you how obtainable it is. Even the shortest meditation experience can deliver very noticeable results, which is the purpose of this class. Come and relax and learn how to trust yourself more. You will also learn a little about how stress, anxiety and other dis-tractions affect you and experience easy ways to combat them.
